Direct from Grathic

Some companies don’t want a third party between them and Grathic. Grathic will create custom solutions and bill that company directly for the services provided.

Some Grathic customers just want Grathic to collect Call Detail Records (CDR) and make the CDR data available via customer web portal instead of integrating the data with a CRM database.

Grathic is an approved Independent Software Vendor (ISV). GrathicLink^® for Saleforce.com is an application available to Salesforce.com users via the AppExhange. Salesforce.com users who use GrathicLink^® for Salesforce.com will be billed directly from Grathic.
